Hello friends! I’ve not made a post to the blog in a while. I wanted to share this video with you from Musagara Church which is out in the very western edge of Tanzania in Kigoma province, not far from the Burundi border. The worship service we attended here was 6 hours long. Hard to believe as the time did seem to go by quickly in some respects. Here is the pastor of the church who was just appointed the district leader for this part of the diocese. And how does one celebrate that? Singing and dancing and leading the congregation in a worship song of course. Enjoy!!
We arrived safely home today at about 10:15 AM. You can see in this picture that someone was glad to have us back! We had a veritable purr fest going on since we got home. Just wanted to give you the update. I have much more write, which I’ll add to this post later. We’re just glad to be home, getting the house warmed up and getting ready to head out to music practice for “Behold the Lamb” which will be featured at the Sunday night service at St. Paul’s this weekend.
